Who we are

Crushee is an Indian comfortwear brand selling oversized wearable blankets. When we say “we”, “us” or “Crushee” in this policy, we mean the business that operates this website.

What we collect

• Waitlist and newsletter details: your first name, email address, mobile number and which Crushee design you like most, plus the page you signed up from.
• Order details (once checkout is live): name, delivery address, email, phone number and the items you bought.
• Messages you send us: anything you share over email, WhatsApp or Instagram when you ask us a question.
• Basic technical data: device and browser information generated automatically when you visit the site.

We never ask for card or UPI credentials ourselves. Payment details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored by Crushee.

Why we use it

• To tell you when the drop goes live and to send launch and restock updates.
• To process, pack, deliver and support your order.
• To answer your questions and resolve issues.
• To understand which designs people love, so we make more of the right ones.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations in India.

Marketing and how to opt out

We only send marketing emails and messages to people who signed up for them. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can reply “STOP” to any message or write to us to be removed. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages about an order you have placed.

Who else sees your data

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run Crushee — our website and database hosting, email sending tools, payment provider and delivery partners — and only with what they need to do their job. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Waitlist and newsletter details are kept until you ask us to remove them. Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require, and then deleted or anonymised.

Security

Signup and order data is stored in an access-controlled database. Nobody browsing the website can read other people’s submissions, and access is limited to the small Crushee team that needs it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to us and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Children

Crushee is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we will delete it if we learn we have.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
